The customer was a legal publisher who was looking to publish acts and regulations in a third world country.

We worked closely with the customer to provide a fabrication and secure publishing platform to enable for their data to be supplied to their client base.

The system included: Linked Table of Contents pages, hyperlinking between publications (~100K validated links), full text searching, standalone/networked installations and online updating.

The current system is in the process of being enhanced to provide a secure online licensing system that can be centrally controlled via a service and Microsoft SQL database.
